The role can be physically demanding due to the nature of our clients. You will need to use your initiative and manage your time effectively, while also being a cooperative team member working on larger projects. Our management team supports your daily work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Have a broad knowledge of pest and bird control and enthusiasm to apply practically.
  2. Maintain good communication skills—verbal and written—and proactively resolve issues within the team.
  3. Understand that service involves technical skills and positive human relationships.
  4. Organize and manage your workload with limited supervision.
  5. Work collaboratively, encouraging team members.
  6. Share successful customer stories and examples.
  7. Deliver quality bird control and proofing services to commercial and residential clients.
  8. Respond to service requests within SLA requirements.
  9. Meet KPIs for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  10. Complete detailed reports and record visits using Android/PDA technology.
  11. Perform pest services safely, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
  12. Inspect premises for pests, risks, and entry points.
  13. Apply appropriate treatments or installations and advise clients on pest risks.
  14. Advise clients on maintenance to prevent pests, both verbally and in writing.
  15. Inform clients about risks and relevant legislation.
  16. Provide proactive pest risk reduction recommendations.
  17. Coordinate with the sales team via leads and calls.
  18. Identify hygiene issues and communicate concerns to clients.
  19. Clean and remove evidence of infestations safely.
  20. Work comfortably in varied conditions, including confined, damp, dusty, freezing, or hot environments.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years in Bird Control/Bird Proofing.
  • Desirable: PASMA and IPAF certifications.
