Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support execution of new and existing pilot-scale processes in a collaborative team.
• Plan and manage daily activities and operate equipment for pilot-scale work.
• Prepare batch records, data forms and documentation for pilot batches.
• Coordinate ordering and availability of materials and consumables.
• Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment readiness and inventory control.
• Record data accurately, flag unusual results, communicate observations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance productivity and quality.
