Constructive Bio, a Cambridge-based biotechnology company, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a range of internal and collaborative projects, including Innovate UK grants and drug development programs.

You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure milestones, budgets and deliverables are met, manage risks, and maintain strong communications with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within biotechnology/pharma.
• Experience managing grant-funded projects (e.g., Innovate UK).
• Experience coordinating drug development programs and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and collaborative projects with cross-functional teams.
• Lead management of Innovate UK-funded projects and external partnerships.
• Monitor milestones, budgets and deliverables; report progress to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure changes are documented and approved.
