Job summary

Recircle is a UK-based biotech company focusing on sustainable solutions for the rubber sector. We seek a motivated MSc graduate to support laboratory research, run reactor experiments, and help maintain smooth day-to-day lab operations.

The role suits someone with strong experimental skills looking to build expertise in reaction and process development while working alongside seasoned scientists in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MSc in Chemical engineering, Bioprocess engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related field.
• Previous laboratory experience with SOPs and established safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day research in biotech and chemistry labs.
• Set up and monitor reactor experiments per plans.
• Record key process parameters and outcomes.
• Prepare samples for downstream processing and analysis.
• Maintain accurate lab records and procedures.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration.
