Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, inclusive and engaging teaching across modules or subject areas, using pedagogic and digital approaches to support student learning and success.
• Contribute to the design and development of learning activities, teaching materials and assessment tasks, ensuring resources are prepared and available.
• Provide constructive assessment and feedback within stipulated timeframes, promoting student learning, progression, academic integrity and achievement.
• Support students’ progress and engagement through academic guidance and signposting to wellbeing and support services.
• Contribute to curriculum delivery and enhancement activities within a course or subject area, including participation in review, evaluation and quality processes.
• Participate in academic teams and communities of practice, sharing best practice for collaborative delivery of teaching and student support.
• Engage in continuing professional development to maintain and enhance subject knowledge, teaching practice and professional standing.
