The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Company Performance Bonus + Equity + Wider iProov Benefits

iProov is rapidly scaling and hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst for our Science team.

How you can make an impact

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, identifying under-performing models, and prioritizing improvements.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, ensuring thorough evaluation, understanding impact, optimizing configuration, and tracking performance.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools in collaboration with the Data Team, communicating trends, tuning alert systems, and contributing to internal tooling. Work to identify and eliminate bias within the platform.
• Support team investigations into customer concerns by managing tickets, understanding the biometric platform, and analyzing performance issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with front-end changes, providing data analysis and guidance.
