Job description

The Biomedical Science team at Pulse is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist to work in Birmingham. We are looking for a Biomedical Scientist who can make a real difference in supporting the laboratory’s Microbiology service.

Position Details:

• Position: Biomedical Scientist
• Banding: 6
• Location: Birmingham
• Hours: 37.5
• Duration: Ongoing

Role Responsibilities:

As a Biomedical Scientist in Microbiology, you will have experience reading cultures, identifying significant pathogens, and performing susceptibility testing. You will support senior biomedical scientists in delivering the service and provide guidance to junior staff.
