Salary: $72,485 to $89,941 annually (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Term or contract, Full time

Responsibilities

• Install medical equipment
• Modify the design of medical equipment
• Supervise installation of medical equipment
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers
• Design and develop medical diagnostic and clinical instrumentation, equipment and procedures
• Conduct research to expand knowledge of the field
• Advise hospital administrators on planning, acquisition and use of medical equipment
• Inspect products and processing methods; prepare reports and ensure that regulations governing health, quality and safety are followed
