  • Use a range of teaching methods and resources, including interactive whiteboards, technology, and manipulatives, to bring Biology to life for students.
  • Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys.
  • Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation, ensuring that our Biology curriculum remains relevant and challenging.
  • Foster a love of Biology in students, encouraging them to explore the beauty and power of biology in the world around them.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the school to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in relevant professional development opportunities.
