    • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that incorporate practical investigations, dissections (where appropriate and ethically considered), data analysis, and interactive learning activities to foster a deep understanding of biology.
    • Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, including lab reports, presentations, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their learning and development in biology.
    • Contribute to the smooth running of the Science department, including participating in departmental meetings and potentially assisting with extracurricular science activities or clubs.
    • Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment within the biology laboratories.
    • This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025.
