Job Title: Biology Teacher

Location: Kimberley

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £162-£223 per day

The school is looking to appoint a Biology teacher starting in September 2025. The successful applicant will work across both Key Stages 4 and 5, including exam preparation for GCSEs and A Levels.

The role will be crucial in helping students achieve excellent results in the subject, while following and implementing the schemes of learning.

The successful Biology Teacher will be:

• A graduate with qualified teacher status.
• An outstanding teacher in Science / Biology, with a strong teaching record.
• Possessing relevant qualifications (formal or through experience) to meet the role's demands.
• Having excellent in-depth knowledge of the Science / Biology curriculum and its role in the development of young people, including an understanding of the importance of a rigorous reading strategy to boost student confidence and reading fluency.
