We are seeking a Biology Instructor to train AI models by measuring their progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Related fields include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.

This is a remote position, available as full-time or part-time. You can select projects and work on your schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English (native or bilingual).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems thinking.
