Job Title: Biology Expert for AI Model Training

We are seeking a biology expert to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance the quality of each model.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Assess the quality of AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

1. Master's and/or PhD in Biology or related fields such as Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science (preferred but not required).
2. Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
3. Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
