Requirements

• PhD in Biology from US, UK, or Canada
• Undergraduate education also completed in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe
• Demonstrated expertise in biology with a strong academic and research foundation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to design complex, high-quality questions

Role (Training will be provided)

• Create high-quality, domain-specific problems in biology to train and evaluate large language models (LLMs)
• Use subject matter expertise to ensure accuracy, depth, and educational rigor of content
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs for technical correctness and conceptual clarity
• Collaborate with AI research leads to maintain quality benchmarks
