Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Regulatory Affairs leader for Biocides, overseeing lifecycle management, regulatory strategy, and cross-functional governance across markets. You will manage complex dossier preparations, submissions, and maintenance, coordinating with Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure compliant outcomes and continued market access.

Qualifications

• Typically 5–8+ years in Regulatory Affairs with proven experience leading complex regulatory projects and authority interactions.
• EU/UK BPR and global biocides experience preferred; national authorisation and product maintenance experience.
• Relevant scientific or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex biocides lifecycle activities across markets, defining data needs, submission strategy, and dossier updates.
• Provide strategic oversight of dossiers and ensure inspection readiness; coach high standards for right-first-time quality.
• Lead complex lifecycle submissions across products and markets, including variations, renewals, and remediation.
• Coach and review the work of colleagues and embed Good Documentation Practice within the team.
