Job Description:

An opportunity to join the EU Regulatory Affairs team at a global disinfectant products manufacturing company. You will work alongside an experienced regulatory manager who will provide training where needed; your role will be to prepare dossiers for biocide products via national/transitional notifications to EU countries.

This role focuses on dossier preparation for disinfectants (PT2, 3, 4 & 5); tasks include collating and reviewing data, checking studies (e.g., stability, efficacy, method of analysis), assembling the dossier, and passing it to the partner organization for submission to relevant country authorities. The focus is on EU countries.

We seek candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in regulatory affairs—preferably with biocides. Experience in preparing dossiers for other product types such as plant protection products (PPP), chemicals (REACH), or cosmetics (PIFs) is also valuable. This role is not suitable for complete beginners; prior regulatory/dossier preparation experience is required.
