Job Description

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager to cover the London area and drive the growth of our Bio-Kult HumanHealth product range. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence within independent and chain pharmacies, key accounts, as well as health food stores, by presenting and selling our comprehensive B2C portfolio. If you have a knack for building relationships and enjoy generating new business, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for accelerating and developing the sales of Bio-Kult within the specific region.
  • Present and sell the full B2C portfolio within independent/chain pharmacies/health food and key accounts, including both existing and new accounts.
  • Day to day management and prioritisation of accounts within the territory.
  • Providing and receiving potential leads within pharmacy chain and independent accounts and gaining distribution.
  • Cold calling on prospective customers to generate new business.
  • Activate new POS in stores and in line with marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to line manager.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory including overnight stays.
  • Liaise with various departments to find solutions for our customers e.g. customer services, marketing, tele sales.
  • Monitor competition and report back key findings.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences when required to promote our brand.

Your Profile
  • Degree level desirable or equivalent qualification
  • Experience within Wellness or VMS category
  • Excellent IT, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Excellent presentation, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Familiar with retailer systems and portals
  • Marketing experience and data analysis
