Bindings Operation Analyst – Inside IR35 Contract – £350/£450 p/d - London Insurance Markets

A well-established Specialty Insurance business is looking for a self-starter with excellent organizational and relationship management skills to take ownership of a vital function within their underwriting operations and to complete and support the risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring the accurate and timely capture of appropriate data.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data entry from underwriting slips and endorsements across various Lines of Business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriting teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support initiatives to improve Binding and Endorsement operations by reviewing current processes and driving efficiencies.
• Manage and resolve queries using a query management tool, engaging directly with underwriters and outsourced processing teams through multiple communication channels.
• Provide technical support and training to outsourced providers and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Binding and Endorsement team.

• Collaborate with the Actuarial team to ensure timely updates of custom earning patterns in the system by month-end.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven operations experience within the Insurance industry.
• Practical understanding of underwriting systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and independently drive personal development.
