The Role:

1. Lead and manage BIM coordination for various projects with a focus on M&E services
2. Prepare and manage BIM documentation, model management audits, and clash detection exercises
3. Facilitate federation of models and ensure compliance with COBie and BIM Level 2 standards
4. Support scenario testing, sustainable construction, and on-site safety through integrated BIM processes
5. Engage with clients to understand and develop their BIM aspirations
6. Maintain consistent and accurate 3D models to support design and construction phases

About You:

1. Proven experience as a Revit/BIM Coordinator within building services
2. Proficient in Revit MEP, BIM Level 2 processes, and COBie standards
3. Experience with clash detection, model audits, and project coordination
