Responsibilities:

1. Set up new Revit & CAD projects using company templates
2. Create & modify models, drawings & schematics
3. Ensure compliance with BIM standards & UK BIM Framework
4. Conduct QA checks & clash detection to keep projects on track
5. Work closely with engineers & the BIM Manager to maintain best practices

Qualifications:

1. Revit & AutoCAD expert with hands-on M&E design experience
2. Experience as a Task Team Information Manager on BIM projects
3. Familiarity with Navisworks, MagiCAD, and Solibri (bonus points!)
4. Strong communicator & collaborator – you will work closely with engineers & project teams
5. Able to obtain SC-level security clearance for MOD & scientific sector projects
