Position: BIM Technician

We are a leading interior specialist dedicated to creating innovative and captivating interior spaces. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join our dynamic team.

• Starting salary £36,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop precise 3D models of interior designs using BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
2. Collaborate with the design team to integrate architectural and engineering plans into BIM models
3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models by reviewing and validating design information
4. Generate construction drawings, documentation, and schedules based on BIM models
5. Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and discrepancies in design information
6. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of BIM standards and best practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a BIM Technician or similar role in interior design, architecture, or construction environment
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards
• Excellent attention to detail and collaborative working skills
• Effective communication skills for liaising with project stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
