We're working with a leading contractor that's looking to bring on a BIM Technician to strengthen their digital delivery team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about data, technology, and collaboration in the built environment.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will assist with managing the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring that information is accurate, up–to–date, and easily accessible across all projects. You'll support the implementation of BIM workflows in alignment with ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework, while also producing and managing digital models using tools such as Autodesk Revit. A key part of your role will be guiding project teams on document control procedures, data workflows, and the effective use of relevant software. You'll also contribute to data analysis and reporting, supporting informed decision–making throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with technical, design, and delivery teams, you'll help embed best practices and promote consistency across all areas of project execution.
