BIM Technician - London

The Role

As a BIM Technician within the MEP team, you'll support engineers and BIM Coordinators in delivering accurate, high-quality Building Information Models across all project stages. Working on diverse projects—from residential and commercial to public sector and healthcare—you'll ensure coordinated, compliant, and efficient digital delivery aligned with industry standards and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed Revit MEP models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist with clash detection using Navisworks.
  • Produce MEP drawings, layouts, and schedules to project standards.
  • Maintain model accuracy through all design stages (RIBA 1-6).
  • Support BIM standards, templates, content libraries, and QA/QC processes.
Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years' experience as a BIM/Revit Technician within an MEP or multidisciplinary consultancy.
  • Proficient in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage; knowledge of AutoCAD MEP and BIM 360 advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination workflows (HVAC, plumbing, power, lighting, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
