Job summary

BSI is seeking a Product Certification Auditor (Client Manager) to work remotely within the UK. You will assess clients' systems against BSI standards, compile reports, and present findings to drive corrective actions and performance improvement.

The role focuses on BIM-related product assessment under ISO 19650, with potential involvement in PAS 2080 and ISO 9001 auditing practices. Travel within the UK will be required as needed, and onboarding will aim for Lead Assessor status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ industry experience in BIM or Built Environment.
• Expertise in ISO 19650 BIM framework.
• Desirable knowledge of PAS 2080 Carbon Management in Infrastructure.
• Experience with external auditing against standards.
• Ability to travel frequently and work remotely as needed.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 auditing practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assessment reports and present findings to clients with clear corrective actions.
• Maintain account responsibility and develop client relationships for growth.
• Lead assessment teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Schedule visits, plan assessments, and manage reporting of results.
• Provide onboarding and coaching to colleagues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BSI procedures and home-based office policies.
