Job summary

Access Talent Group partners with a growing Belfast consultancy to recruit a BIM Modeller. You will develop and maintain BIM models for infrastructure and building projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated design solutions.

You will use Revit and other BIM tools to prepare 3D models, drawings, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, with proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with BIM standards and processes.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
