REVIT MEP Experience essential. T2 Creations is a small, independently run design consultancy focussing on Mechanical and Electrical Building Information Modelling (BIM) within the built environment. Specialising in Autodesk Revit, we offer our clients fully coordinated solutions from concept designs through to full BIM Level 2 post construction information.

About us

We are currently looking for a Revit MEP Engineer / BIM Technician to join our Bristol-based office. You will work alongside a supportive team of BIM experts, where you will be encouraged to fulfil your potential and work towards a professional qualification and support junior staff.

From the start you will help to provide high quality professional services for a range of varied high-profile clients, working to deliver specific project packages within given budgets and deadlines. You will be supported to have an immediate impact, and will be given the opportunity to rapidly develop via significant on the job training to broaden your skill set and take on greater responsibilities.

The candidate is expected to have a good understanding of the building services environment, using Autodesk Revit and experience of design projects. Also, the candidate must be keen to continue to learn and develop in the rapidly evolving field of BIM.

About you

We are looking for an experienced engineer or technician with ambition to utilise their existing skills and be committed to continual personal development, with the following attributes:

·Degree in either Electrical, Mechanical or any associated building services design courses

·Minimum 2 years experience in Autodesk Revit

·Good, competent verbal and written communication skills

·Strong understanding of Building services design and theory

·Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

·Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

·Analytical thought process, and a problem solving ‘can do’ attitude

·Desire to analyse existing work procedures, and offer improvements in efficiency
