Job Title: MEP BIM Manager
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to 55,000 per annum

A forward-thinking, multidisciplinary consultancy based in London is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a BIM professional to take on a pivotal role within a growing organisation, offering hybrid working flexibility and the chance to shape BIM delivery across high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the MEP BIM delivery across a variety of building services projects.
Oversee and coordinate outsourced Revit modelling teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work.
Maintain and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols in line with industry best practice.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams to enhance BIM capability.
Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and clash-free models.
Manage BIM deliverables, documentation, and data exchange protocols on multiple projects.
Perform quality control checks and reviews of Revit MEP models.
Assist with tender documentation and technical submissions where required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience using Revit MEP in a building services environment.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM standards (such as PAS 1192/ISO 19650), and coordination processes.
Experience managing or liaising with outsourced Revit/BIM teams is essential.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead BIM processes and contribute to successful project delivery.
