Are you a BIM leader with a passion for pushing the boundaries of digital design? This is an incredible opportunity to join a globally recognised, design-led architecture practice known for its innovative, bold, and high-profile projects across culture, public realm, housing, and mixed-use developments.

This studio is small, agile, and highly collaborative - working on ambitious schemes with big impact. They combine concept-driven architecture with deep technological rigour and are now seeking a BIM Manager to take their digital design delivery to the next level.

The Role

You’ll be the go-to expert on all things BIM — leading the implementation, management, and evolution of BIM workflows and standards across the studio. You’ll work closely with Directors and project teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and innovative delivery on live projects, while future-proofing systems and training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Champion and manage the BIM execution strategy across all projects
• Oversee model coordination, quality control, and clash detection
• Set up and maintain project-specific BIM protocols and templates
• Work with teams to ensure best practice in digital delivery
• Provide in-house training and support, upskilling the studio
• Research and implement emerging technologies to support creative output
• Liaise with consultants and clients to align BIM standards and goals

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in BIM/digital design roles within architecture or design studios
• Expert-level Revit knowledge and strong grasp of BIM workflows (ISO 19650)
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset — able to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in clash detection tools (Navisworks, Solibri), scripting (Dynamo, Grasshopper) is a plus
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Passion for design excellence and a love for working in a creative, dynamic environment
