RGB in Bristol is seeking a BIM Manager to drive BIM implementation across infrastructure and built environment projects within its Digital Engineering team. You will collaborate with design teams, clients and external stakeholders to enhance digital workflows and support coordinated information delivery.

You will demonstrate strong BIM coordination and information management expertise, apply ISO 19650 principles, and help shape digital strategy while promoting industry best practice and career

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager or Information Manager.
• Strong BIM processes and information management knowledge.
• Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and relevant documentation.
• Experience coordinating federated models, clash detection and data validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and implementation of BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams.

• Coordinate federated models, manage clash detection and oversee model quality, data integrity and validation.
• Support engineers, designers and technicians with digital tools, workflows and technical troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of BIM models and information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply ISO 19650 principles and contribute to the development and implementation of project information management standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and consultants to ensure BIM deliverables meet project objectives and contractual requirements.

About You

You will bring:

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager or Information Manager or in a comparable digital engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of BIM processes, information management and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• A solid understanding of ISO 19650, with experience producing relevant BIM and information management documentation.
• Experience managing federated models, clash detection, model audits and data validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
