Job description

Location: Fully remote

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: £300 per day paid weekly via umbrella

Duration: 3 month contract with the possibility for extension

Duties

To effectively manage the data and projects that are required to ensure the client meets the requirements of the Building Safety Act and the Fire Safety Act.

A BIM Manager will be responsible for the implementation & structure of data in existing and legacy assets. The role of BIM manager gives them the ability to combine innovative technology, evolving construction practice, asset management and better collaborative processes in one unique position.

The BIM Manager will have a unique opportunity to have a wide and varied exposure to all elements of the construction process. On a day to day basis the BIM Manager will work with the building safety team and asset management to assist in the manipulation and extraction of information from data-rich models which they will manage.

BIM Manager will have responsibilities regarding the delivery and operation of assets. BIM Manager will handle the technology, processes and policies of a company in order to ensure there is collaboration throughout the whole construction process.

Delivery of effective data structures of companies' asset management, for planned maintenance and preservation of building fire and safety across Orbits assets
