Job summary

CONDUCTR is seeking a BIM Coordinator to unite complex designs in a single, coordinated model from design through fabrication and installation. You will manage project models in Revit and Navisworks, perform clash detection, and lead discussions with clients and contractors from our Manchester office.

The role emphasizes ISO 19650 workflows, CDE management, and producing accurate drawings for fabrication. A six-month contract with strong prospects for permanency awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BIM Coordinator, BIM Technician or senior Revit Technician roles.
• Strong Revit modelling, families and worksharing; Navisworks clash detection.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, LOD/LOI and CDE workflows.
• Ability to read and produce drawings for fabrication and site teams.
• Experience with point clouds and site surveys inside the model.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to present on client calls.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to be in Manchester regularly.

Responsibilities

• Model management and coordination across disciplines.
• Set up, maintain and federate project models per ISO 19650.
• Run clash detection and log issues with the team.
• Maintain CONDUCTR's own scope within the model to the required LOD.
• Lead client and contractor coordination calls; exchange models and surveys.
• Produce coordinated 2D drawings and schedules from the model.
• Support estimation with model-derived quantity checks.
