Job summary

Pozzoni Architecture Limited is expanding its BIM team in Altrincham, England, seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive and support the practice's digital strategy and workflows. You will lead implementation, management, and development of BIM processes to deliver accurate, coordinated models across all project stages.

The role requires extensive BIM management experience, strong Revit knowledge, and a passion for innovation in digital delivery.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and information management.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital delivery strategy across the practice.
• Establish and improve BIM standards, templates and workflows.
• Ensure ISO19650 compliance and model coordination across projects.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams throughout delivery.
• Oversee model quality, accuracy, and coordination.
• Evaluate and champion new technologies and digital workflows.
• Deliver training and mentoring to staff to build digital capability.
• Provide strategic recommendations on digital systems and transformation opportunities.

Job description

We are expanding our BIM team and are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive and support the practice's digital strategy and workflows.

In this role, you will lead the implementation, management, and continuous development of BIM and digital processes across the practice, ensuring the delivery of accurate, coordinated, and compliant 3D models throughout all project stages. You will play a key role in promoting efficiency, enhancing project performance, and driving innovation through the adoption of new technologies, tools, and ways of working.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the practice's BIM and digital delivery strategy.
• Establish, maintain and continuously improve BIM standards, procedures, templates and workflows across the practice.
• Drive compliance with ISO19650 and other relevant industry standards and best practice.
• Provide technical leadership and support to project teams throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Oversee the quality, accuracy and coordination of project models, ensuring consistency and compliance with agreed standards.
• Evaluate, introduce and champion emerging technologies, automation tools and innovative digital workflows that improve efficiency and project outcomes.
• Deliver training, mentoring and technical support to staff, helping to develop digital capability across the business.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on digital technologies, systems and future digital transformation opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in BIM management, digital delivery or digital workflow leadership within the architecture or construction sector.
• Expert knowledge of Revit and BIM processes.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650, information management and Common Data Environments.
• Experience developing BIM standards, templates and workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to inspire, support and develop colleagues at all levels.
