Job description

We are currently supporting a specialist building services consultancy in Manchester who are recruiting for a BIM Lead/Senior Revit Technician in the City Centre,

The business is a 90+ headcount organisation with 3 offices nationally.

They work with major developers and architects to deliver large scale commercial, residential and mixed use properties.

This role will be responsible for mentoring a team of 7 Technicians in Manchester, driving improvements business wide and remaining hands on with projects.

Main Duties

• Using templates, create new Revit and CAD Sheets
• Produce and amend MEP models and drawings based on engineers mark ups
• Performing model exports, including ifc, nwc, dwfx, dwg and pdf exports
• Drive the business forward and contribute to BIM Innovation.
