Perkins & Will in London’s Workplace Interiors studio is seeking a BIM Coordinator to strengthen digital delivery across live projects. You will provide hands-on support using Revit, ACC/BIM 360, and Enscape, helping designers resolve issues and raise model quality.
You’ll work with a multi-disciplinary team, maintain templates and workflows, and help everyone adopt best BIM practices in line with ISO 19650 principles.

The role will provide hands-on support to Workplace project teams using Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM workflows, Revitadd-insandEnscape.The focus is practical and studio-facing: helping designers solve live project issues, improve model quality, follow agreedworkflowsandbuild confidence in day-to-day digital delivery.
This is a support,coordinationand capability-building role for a busy interiors studioto supportdiversedesignteamwith arange of Revit experienceandskill-sets.
Thesuccessfulcandidate willworktoraise the baseline ofRevit,BIMand digital workflow capabilityacross the Workplace Interiors team.
Theywill support live projects,maintainconsistent digital delivery standards, and act as an approachable first point of contact for Revit, BIM, ACC,add-inandEnscaperelated questions.
We are looking for someone who is technically strong,practicaland approachable.
The right person will enjoy helping others, solvingproblemsand improving the way teams work. They will be confident supporting designers with varying levels of Revit experience and able to balance immediate project support with longer-term improvements to standards,contentand workflows.
They should understand that the role is not just about fixing Revit problems. It is about improving consistency, reducing projectriskand helping the studio build better digital delivery habits.
