Job summary

Perkins&Will is seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator to support BIM, model coordination and digital handover across design and construction projects in the UK. You will work with Revit models, asset data and information delivery workflows within the Digital Practice / Digital Advisory team.

The role focuses on setting up projects, validating information, maintaining delivery trackers and reporting progress using platforms like Glider.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and model coordination within architecture, engineering, construction or consultancy.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models, federation reviews and clash detection workflows.
• Understanding of model-based information, Revit schedules and structured asset data.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans and CDE workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly with designers, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update information documents, responsibility matrices and asset data fields.
• Translate client information requirements into actionable tasks for project teams.
• Check model data, Revit schedules, asset registers and COBie outputs for completeness.
• Support asset information delivery and digital handover workflows.
• Monitor information progress using Glider or similar platforms and produce progress reports.
• Support CDE workflows, including naming conventions, status codes and issue tracking.
• Chase outstanding information and elevate risks or blockers when needed.
• Assist in model coordination workflows and reporting.
• Contribute to development of repeatable templates and dashboards for asset information.
