Job summary

Dowds Group in Ballymena is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the successful delivery of building services projects through high-quality digital coordination and modelling. The role involves producing coordinated, installable designs across mechanical, electrical, and public health services while ensuring compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of BIM software including Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, and public health services.
• Understanding of coordination principles for plantrooms, risers, and distribution routes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP services using industry-standard BIM tools.
• Develop installation and fabrication drawings in line with project specifications.
• Deliver coordinated models for major services routes, risers, and plantrooms.
