Job summary

3D Personnel LTD is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong MEP background to support the digital coordination and engineering delivery of a major data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. The role focuses on coordinating building services models, delivering BIM outputs and facilitating efficient collaboration across design and site teams.

Based on site in Blyth, you will manage 2D and 3D coordination, run clash detection, and monitor BIM milestones throughout the construction

Qualifications

BIM Coordinator - MEP / Data Centre Construction

Location: Blyth, Northumberland

Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong MEP background to support the digital coordination and engineering delivery of a major data centre development in Blyth, Northumberland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional experienced in technically complex construction projects, with particular emphasis on mechanical and electrical building services coordination.
