Job summary

Talk Recruitment is assisting in identifying a BIM Coordinator for a leading tier 1 contractor, based in Bristol or Cardiff. The role is flexible with 1–2 days in the office and 3–4 days remote, welcoming both assistant and experienced candidates.

You will support BIM workflow development, assist with BIM adoption, and ensure compliance with BIM standards and documentation across multi-million pound projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in Building Information Modelling and BIM coordination.
• Familiarity with ISO19650, IFC, COBie and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project teams to implement BIM standards and workflows.
• Promote BIM technologies, tools and methodologies within project teams.
• Provide information management and compliance with ISO19650 and Golden Thread requirements.
