Requirements:
- Coordinate Complex Models
Lead the federation of multi-disciplinary Revit models and ensure seamless project coordination across all stages.
- Own Clash Detection:
You’ll run Navisworks like a boss – identifying issues before they become problems and producing actionable reports that keep projects moving forward. - Drive Digital Delivery:
Help shape BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), implement quality control, and support data integrity across every file, model, and sheet. - Champion Drawing Standards:
Elevate the quality of 2D outputs and documentation. From annotation to presentation – you’ll maintain the highest graphic standards studio-wide. - Optimise Revit Content:
Create, refine, and manage Revit families to support clarity, consistency, and lightning-fast modelling across world-class projects. - Be the Digital Backbone:Embedded in a collaborative team, you’ll improve workflows, support project delivery, and step in when deadlines are tight.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- 4–6 years of hands-on BIM experience in architecture (ideally luxury or large-scale projects)
- Strong Revit skills – you know how to model, document, and troubleshoot with precision
- Confident with Navisworks (and maybe other clash detection tools too)
- Deep understanding of BIM standards (BS 1192, ISO 19650 etc.)
- Knowledge of architectural drawing standards and data workflows
- Incredible attention to detail – you notice what others miss
- A proactive, collaborative mindset – you love problem-solving and working with architects, consultants, and wider teams
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and visual
- Visionary Projects – Deliver high-end work that’s both timeless and relevant
- Design-First Thinking – Work with architects who push boundaries and honour context

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture. High-rise experience would be ideal Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated design capabilities showcased in your portfolio. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
