Anglian Water @one Alliance is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage digital modeling for various projects while ensuring compliance with BIM standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proficiency in key BIM software, and a collaborative spirit to enhance project outcomes within a hybrid working environment.
Who are we?
Within the Anglian Water @one Alliance, we are a collaborative organization comprising eight partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO) and our extended supply chain. We work together to deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment program.
We are preparing for our most ambitious Asset Management Period yet, known as AMP8, which will involve delivering a larger program of work than ever before. This includes a new focus on nature-based solutions such as wetlands and urban drainage schemes.

Anglian Water has an ambitious £9bn 5-year capital investment program to ensure safe, resilient water supplies, support sustainable growth, enhance climate change resilience, and protect the natural environment. The @one Alliance leads this delivery. We are seeking several BIM Coordinators to join our team to support this effort.
What will you be doing as our new BIM Coordinator?
You will manage digital modeling for multiple projects, overseeing BIM technicians to create models that meet project requirements and BIM procedures. You will collaborate with project teams to produce design and BIM models, ensuring quality and data integrity through checks and verifications to comply with BIM standards, procedures, and guidelines.
You will provide line management, guidance, and support to assigned BIM staff. You will also expand your professional network with partners within the @one Alliance and work collaboratively with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, Stakeholder Management, Environmental & Planning, and Construction Managers.

Skills, experience, and behaviors:
You should hold an engineering diploma, degree, or equivalent, with extensive experience in mechanical and civil disciplines. Proficiency in Plant3D, Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks, and Recap software is required, with water-sector asset experience preferred. Experience in design & build environments is advantageous.
You must demonstrate strong ethical standards, respect for others within the alliance, Anglian Water, and customers, along with integrity. Good collaboration, communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are essential.
