Job summary

Restoration and Renewal is seeking a BIM Coordinator to integrate and manage building information within the BIM environment for the Programme Delivery Authority. You will work with the Digital Design and TADM teams to ensure accurate information for programme delivery.

The role provides technical leadership to the production team and supports BIM standards, workflows and information management to meet project information requirements. The position offers hybrid working and diverse benefits.

Job description

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the integration and management of building information within the BIM environment for the Restoration and Renewal Programme Delivery Authority.

As a BIM Coordinator you will be working closely with the Digital Design team and wider Technical Assurance and Design Management (TADM) team, they will support the development of information requirements, review information deliverables and coordinate technical production activities to ensure accurate and reliable information is available to support programme delivery. The role provides technical leadership and line management to the technical production team and supports the implementation of BIM standards, workflows and information management processes to help ensure project information requirements are met.

Salary circa £48,000 per annum

Security
