Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Our client, a Kitchen Design Contractor based in Chichester, is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their growing team. Established in 2002, the company offers comprehensive design, manufacture, and installation services, primarily within the contract kitchen sector.

Responsibilities:

• Support the interior design team in the use of Revit and AutoCAD across all project stages.
• Ensure optimal use of BIM tools and develop bespoke workflows.
• Implement BIM processes and workflows throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to facility management.
• Facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure seamless BIM integration.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, with extensive experience in modelling, content creation, and catalog development.
• Experience with BIM delivery on medium to large or complex projects.
• Good understanding of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations.
• Experience working in the Interior Design or Kitchen & Bathroom design industry.
• Full driving license and ability to commute to Chichester.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
