Overview

BIM Engineer / Coordinator – Northern Ireland. True is exclusively representing a multinational decarbonisation and data-centre specialist, working with local authorities and developers to deliver low-carbon energy solutions for new build and retrofit projects across Europe. The business has grown rapidly, doubling turnover in the last three years, and recently appointed two new Heads of Department to continue expanding their design team from their UK offices.

Role

We\'re looking for a BIM Engineer / Coordinator to take ownership of Revit model development, coordination, and clash detection on large new-build and retrofit projects. You\'ll be involved across sectors such as education, healthcare, energy, and critical infrastructure, with projects typically valued between £15M and £40M. There is a clear path for career progression, and you\'ll be supported by a wider design team across several flagship offices.

Responsibilities
  • Revit model development, coordination, and clash detection
  • BIM workflows and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience with large-scale projects in education, healthcare, energy, or critical infrastructure
  • Familiarity with RIBA stages and project delivery processes
