Job summary

AECOM is seeking a full-time BIM/CAD Specialist in the Building Engineering Division (UK). The role supports design activities for BMS systems across sectors with AutoCAD and MicroStation, coordinating with Mechanical and Electrical teams.

You’ll contribute to complex CADD tasks and help deliver projects on time while growing your technical expertise. The position offers a flexible hybrid working model, opportunities for career development, and access to AECOM University and professional

Qualifications

Minimum HNC level related engineering qualification or Degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering or computer science.
Good BMS systems knowledge (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Niagara) gained through industry work experience.
Chartership or working towards.

Responsibilities

Performs complex CADD assignments and coordinates CADD drawing production in support of the CADD manager.
Uses AutoCAD or MicroStation and related tools to digitize or trace sketches and concepts from designers.
Interprets procedures and policies to achieve deadlines and quality results.
