Job description

International Buildings Main Contractor with a specific strength in Mega Watt Data Centers across the UK & Europe. The group turns over in excess of £700 million but still retains a family feel as an organization due to its lean structure and flat management hierarchy.

The role is for a BIM Manager / Coordinator with clear experience handling 4D, 3D, & BIM coordination. The position is based at the head office, which is a 7-minute drive from Junction 16 of the M25.

Are you seeking a fast-paced and dynamic employer that embraces ideas and collaboration? In this role, you will handle a range of activities across pre-construction, planning, scheduling, and coordination.

Reporting into the 4D Planning Manager & Pre-Construction Manager, you will take direct ownership of a tender or live project working alongside the SLT.

THE ROLE

  • Develop project-specific strategies for the use of BIM through design, construction, and operations
  • Review contractual agreements related to BIM and implement legal structures that support collaborative BIM
  • Develop project-specific model development strategies, programs, and communicate risks & challenges
  • Provide input across 3D, 4D, & BIM to support projects
  • Coordinate with supply chain on BIM workshops related to the project strategy
  • Candidates must have UK or European experience
  • Be based locally to the office to attend face-to-face interviews
