Billings Team Leader / Stockport – South Manchester / Hybrid Working / Salary £36,000 – £38,000 + Career Development/ Excellent Benefits and Incentives / Free On Site Parking

NC Associates are working in partnership with a large fast paced organisation which has seen huge growth over the past 18 months, due to this growth my client is looking for an experienced Billings Team Leader to help support the growth of the business as well as supporting with process improvements. As a Billings Team Leader you will be involved with all areas of billings as well as managing the team providing on- going support, you must have excellent organisational skills as well as a proven background within transactional finance.

This is a fast-paced and varied role that will require excellent time management skills

Billings Team Leader Job Description:

  • Responsible for issuing periodic draft rent raising reports to internal approvers
  • Responsible for obtaining approval in a timely fashion
  • Issue exceptions report and process required changes
  • Demand periodic rent, service charge and other monies from tenants in accordance with the billings timetable
  • Reconcile all billings against budgeted year to date income
  • Demand approved insurance recharges from customers
  • Demand other tenant recoverable recharges
  • Maintenance oflease database
  • Develop and maintain active communication both within the Accounting Team and all internal departments
  • Own team KPIs and drive the team to each target
  • Team Mid year & Year end review process
  • Team development

Billings Team Leader Requirements:
