Benifex Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to oversee global customer billing, align with contracts, and support the migration to NetSuite Subscription Billing.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Commercial and Finance to improve accuracy, reduce queries, and strengthen cash collection performance while maintaining strict governance and revenue recognition controls.

Qualifications

• Experience within Billing, AR or Finance Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience managing and resolving customer billing queries.

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs and data analysis.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end customer billing process, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time.
• Investigate and resolve customer billing queries and disputes.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure billing aligns with contractual agreements.
• Support the migration of customers and billing processes to NetSuite Subscription Billing.
• Review customer contracts, pricing schedules and billing requirements to ensure accurate system configuration.
• Validate customer and billing data prior to migration.
• Support user acceptance testing, reconciliations and post-migration issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with billing controls, governance and revenue recognition requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate billing processes.
• Produce reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Contribute to DSO reduction initiatives and support wider Accounts Receivable activities.

Role Overview

This is a key role within the Accounts Receivable function, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer billing across our global customer base. Working closely with Customer Success, Commercial, Operations and Finance teams, you will help improve billing accuracy, reduce billing-related queries and disputes, and support cash collection performance.

A significant focus of the role will be supporting migration to NetSuite Subscription Billing. You will play an important role in reviewing customer contracts, validating billing data, supporting testing activities and ensuring customers are successfully migrated with minimal disruption to billing and collections.

• Knowledge of VAT and multi-currency invoicing.
