Job summary

Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is seeking a Billings & Operations Manager to own and manage fiduciary financial processes, including client invoicing and cash management, driving efficiencies across activities and strategic initiatives. The role is based in London / Bristol / Chichester or Birmingham on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Capable analytical, organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in business process improvement, problem solving, and project management.
• You are solution focused, with strong data analytical skills and the ability to present data outcomes to support management decision making.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially PowerPoint and advanced Excel capacities.
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and be a natural problem solver in a demanding work environment.
• Experience of managing a team to deliver results.
• Strong attention to detail and role models this behaviour to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the business financial processes across fiduciary activities, including client invoicing and cash management.
• Work with stakeholders to drive efficiencies across fiduciary activities that deliver financial or operational benefits.
• Present financial metrics and trends to support oversight and decision making.
• Lead initiatives with strong problem solving and project management focus, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and deliver training and supplemental materials.
• Manage a team to deliver fiduciary processes and liaise with functional teams.
