Compensation

• $90K-$105K + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a team of 12+ Billing Specialists in a high-volume legal environment.
• Assisting with training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Reviewing and resolving billing issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Implementing process improvements in coordination with senior management.
• Overseeing eBilling and monthly reporting for unresolved invoices.
• Working closely with attorneys and legal staff on client billing inquiries.
• Leading special projects and supporting firm-wide initiatives.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Experience in legal billing—Elite 3E software is a huge plus!
• Strong supervisory experience managing a billing or finance team.
• A bachelor’s degree (highly preferred).
• High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced law firm or professional services environment.
