Billing Customer Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity at Loop, Yorkshire Water’s award-winning sister company, to join our Billing Department as a Customer Service Advisor.

Starting salary £25,869 with a clear progression path to £30,640, plus attractive pension, annual performance bonus, 25 days annual leave, and 1 Wellness Day.

The working hours are between 10:00–18:00 Monday – Friday, with an alternative Saturday 9:00-17:00. Hybrid working is available, typically within 26 weeks, at the manager's discretion.

Location: Bradford, Thornbury

Role responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service across all channels, supporting billing inquiries and account updates.
  • Respond to billing questions, process payments, handle address changes, and explain bill calculations.
  • Handle escalations appropriately and identify vulnerable customers to support their needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to team performance.
  • Engage in discussions to improve personal and team performance, staying updated on procedures.
